    Terms & Conditions For Workshop price Promise

    • A valid estimate must be provided for us to match the price. Estimates must be like-for-like in terms of parts, method of repair, and overall scope.
    • Estimates must be from a static, AWS-approved UK workshop, using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts only.
    • The competitor can offer mobile services, but the estimate provided must not utilise them.
    • Estimates must be dated within 14 days, include customer details (full name, address, phone number, email), and clearly show the make, model, and chassis/reg of the leisure vehicle.
    • Estimates must include a full breakdown of costs, including labour, parts, and method. Price matching applies to the total cost of the complete job, not individual line items.
    • Price Promise requests must be made before booking in the works. No retrospective claims will be accepted.
    • The competitor providing the estimate must be a legitimate VAT-registered business selling directly to consumers. Technicians must be fully qualified and NCC-accredited.
    • Payment for parts must be made within 14 days of receiving your quote to secure the price match, and before the expiry of either our quote or the competitor’s quote, whichever comes first.
    • Estimates including collection and delivery, special sales, flash events, membership discounts, staff discounts, trade discounts, or other promotions are excluded.
    • The offer is valid for retail customers only; businesses or trade accounts are excluded.
    • Grantham’s reserves the right to refuse if moving ahead with the works will result in us incurring costs to carry them out.
    • Grantham’s reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Workshop Price Promise at any time without notice. Updates will be published on our website.
