Grantham’s are happy to undertake manufacturer warranty work on your behalf…
However it will be necessary to apply a warranty processing administration fee of £80. This fee enables us to solicit your claim with the manufacturer.
The warranty processing administration fee is chargeable for each claim submitted by Grantham’s on your behalf (although each claim can accommodate up to five items of warranty).
This fee is payable at the time of booking your initial appointment and is non-refundable even in the event of your warranty claim being declined.
Prior to contacting Grantham’s, we advise you to check that your Service History has been carried out in line with manufacturer requirements. Failure to have complied with these requirements may have invalidated your warranty and any work undertaken on your behalf will be chargeable.
In the event that your warranty claim is accepted by the Manufacturer, and you request Grantham’s to commence work, any additional time taken due to unforeseen circumstances will in the first instance be discussed with the manufacturer for approval under the terms of the warranty.
Should the manufacturer decline to approve additional time, you will become liable at a rate of £75 per hour.
In all instances Grantham’s will discuss options with you and seek your further approval before incurring additional costs.
If you are unable to fully agree with the terms and conditions of the Grantham’s warranty Policy then please refer to your supplying dealer.

With every Bailey caravan and motorhome come a 10 year Alu-Tech bodyshell integrity warranty .
To maintain your warranty you must you must complete an annual habitation service, in accordance with the terms of the Bailey handbook.
Base vehicle warranty (Ford, Fiat etc.) will have their own set of criteria to adhere to maintain the warranty.
For a period of 24 months from the initial date of collection from your supplying dealer a comprehensive warranty on all parts and components as well as full coverage for any manufacturing faults forming part of the original specification of the vehicle are covered by Bailey’s warranty.
Exclusions do a apply and can be found on the Bailey website for more details.
An optional 3 year extension to the standard Bailey Warranty for the mechanical and electrical components of your leisure vehicle is available through your supplying Retailer. This extends it to a 6 year warranty.
Bailey Alu-Tech caravans and coachbuilt motorhomes come with a 6-year Bodyshell Integrity Warranty, which covers any defects in the habitation bodyshell related to water ingress, subject to the exclusions outlined in the terms and conditions.
Please note that this warranty does not apply to components already covered by the base vehicle manufacturer’s warranty on motorhomes. For full details and terms can be found on the Bailey website.
There is an option for an additional 4 year extension to the standard Bodyshell Integrity Warranty cover which can by purchased by your dealer.
The manufacturer of the chassis also have their own warranty that they adhere to. Usually the base vehicle warranty is 3 years but can differ with each manufacturer.
Bailey motorhomes and campers are built on either a Ford or Peugeot base vehicle but could be built on other manufacturers in the future such as Fiat.
Both manufacturers offer a warranty for the base vehicle, which is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in their respective handbooks. For any questions or issues related to the base vehicle warranty, please contact the relevant manufacturer or their authorised agents directly.
