Trainee Caravan Technician Job Vacancy

Are you looking for an opportunity to learn new skills and develop a career for yourself? We have a vacancy for a full time Trainee Caravan Technician to work five days a week, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work, as necessary. (Basic of 40 hours per week).

You do not have to have any experience in the caravan industry, but must be keen and able to learn, able to work hard, be a team player, have patience, an eye for detail and have some experience with using hand tools.

If you have a background in kitchen fitting, boat building, electrical, or plumbing, we would also like to hear from you. The role often requires a large amount of problem solving, so being mechanically minded, or a background in engineering would be an advantage.

We offer a great place to work, with a mix of on the job and accredited training courses available to support your journey to becoming a fully qualified Caravan Technician.

The training programme takes three years to complete, with an increase in pay once each level of training course has been successfully achieved. The starting salary is the national living wage, increasing to up to a basic salary of £28,000 once qualified and competent in all aspects of caravan servicing and repairs.
