Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Administrator who is used to working in a fast -paced environment to work in our Service Administration Team. Working closely with our Workshop Technicians and Sales Department, to make sure that we can deliver a great customer experience.

This is an interesting role, as no two days are the same, working within a great team, who support each other and can have fun, whilst also getting the job done.

Our working hours are Summer (1st April to 31st October) 8.30am until 5.30pm with half an hour for lunch. Winter (1st November until 31st March) 8.30am until 5pm, with half an hour for lunch.

There is a requirement to work one Saturday morning, in four. 8:30-12:30 on a rota basis.

A starting salary of between salary of between £19,000 and £21,000, increasing to between £21,000 to £23,000 after the first six months. 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays. We arrange regular team events, and all team members have the advantage of Perkbox, after the completion of their probation period (6 months).

Schedule:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Use the company CRM system to manage customers through the process, from point of enquiry, through to booking into the workshop, receipt of the vehicle on site and despatch after completion.
  • Communicate with Grantham’s customers, via phone, face to face, email and text.
  • Process warranty claims for customers using the supplier’s preferred method.
  • Update customers and all systems with any update from suppliers.
  • Provide accurate estimates to customers, which can be transferred to job cards and invoices using the inhouse system.
  • Correctly allocate payment accounts for all job card invoices
  • Create detailed job cards which can be understood and acted upon by the Technician
  • Take payment from customers
  • Book a customer’s leisure vehicle in and out of the site
  • Add jobs to the workshop diary with the correct amount of time and skill set
  • Develop an understanding and interest in how a customer uses a leisure vehicle, so as to be able to offer empathy and advice.
